Wow! Here&#8217;s a business in an industry that is typically boring and where the majority of customers are usually a little scared and anxious to even walk in to the office.</p>
<p>Not only has my dentist made it fun being in the &#8220;chair&#8221;&#8230; but in the world of boring dentists, I guarantee his patients will come back more often and refer a bunch of their friends.</p>
<p>By the way, I complimented him on taking action but also reminded him he didn&#8217;t take my advice of having the dental hygienist wear a bikini while they clean my teeth.  (I would totally come back once a month instead of every 6 months!)</p>

<p><strong>1) Ask a question they&#8217;ll say Yes to.</strong> Here&#8217;s an example. &#8220;You know how millions of people use Google every day to find the products that they are looking for?&#8221;</p>
<p>Asking a question like that engages the other person, and in their mind they visually<br />
see themselves using Google to find things online and their answer will most<br />
likely be &#8216;Yes I do&#8217;.</p>
<p><strong>2) Say exactly what it is you do.</strong> &#8216;Well, I help small businesses get their<br />
website to the top of the first page of Google for the keywords that people use to<br />
find their business&#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>The other person will now understand exactly what it is you do, and now is the<br />
time to tell them the main reason why people work with you.</p>
<p><strong>3) List the main benefit your business provides.</strong> &#8220;So that they get more<br />
leads, book more clients, and make more money!&#8221;</p>
<p>This is the easiest way for the person you just met to think you&#8217;re<br />
interesting&#8230; and say&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8220;WOW, that sounds interesting, how do you do that exactly!&#8221;</p>

<p>In his book, &#8220;Success Principles,&#8221; Jack Canfield shares  a story about working with W. Clement Stone, a self-made millionaire  worth $600 million in 1969.</p>
<p>He tells how Mr. Stone pulled him aside one  day and asked him if he took 100% responsibility for his life. Jack  stutters, &#8220;I think so.&#8221;</p>
<p>Stone replies, &#8220;This is a yes or no question,  you either do or you don&#8217;t.&#8221; Jack goes on to assure him that he does  indeed take responsibility for his life.</p>
<p>Stone asks: &#8220;Have you ever  blamed anyone for any circumstance in your life? Have you ever  complained about anything?&#8221; Jack admits he has.</p>
<p>Stone then goes on to explain: &#8220;That means you don&#8217;t take 100%  responsibility for your life. Taking 100% responsibility means you  acknowledge that you create everything that happens to you. It means you  understand that you are the cause of all your experience.</p>
<p>If you want  to be really successful, then you will have to give up blaming and  complaining and take total responsibility for your life &#8211; that means all  your results, both your successes and your failures. That is the  prerequisite for creating a life of success. It is only by acknowledging  that you have created everything up until now that you can take charge  of creating the future you want.&#8221;</p>
<p>So when you flow with the experience of life and accept 100% responsibility, you are using the two most powerful forces in the world&#8230; Appreciation and Gratitude.</p>
